1) Make the first call with your co-worker.
2) Place on hold by pressing the red phone button turned up
3) Select "line pool" to get a new dial tone
4) Dial the attendee of the conference call
5) Select the conference feature and add the original line with your coluege

Creating an ACCOUNT
AN ACCOUNT MUST BE SET-UP BEFORE ENTERING AN OPPORTUNITY. Always check to make sure the account hasn't already been set-up so you do not duplicate accounts.
Click the accounts tab as shown below, then click GO to view all accounts in alphabetical order to check if account you are creating opportunity for has been set-up or not.
See below the accounts page with all accounts in alphabetical order.
If your account/company is not listed, you will need to create new account. Click the small gray tab that says New Account, shown in upper left corner of image above.
The screen show below will appear. The required fields to fill in are
After all fields are entered click SAVE and you have set up the account/company! Now you need to create the opportunity associated with this company.

Proper Formatting in Microsoft Project
Microsoft Project Formatting for Project Manager Schedules
- Change the bar with the dates to show only the weeks.
- Right click and choose timescale
- Turn off the middle zone, so there is only one zone showing - that zone should be chosen to show the format jun 24... july 1... jul 8...
- Make sure that your project is set up so that saturdays are counted as work days
- Manually add tasks and milestones (deliveries) in to the program
- To link a task and delivery, or one task to another
- highlight the two tasks to link (use the Ctrl key)
- click the link button
- with milestones and some tasks, you will have to drag the task/milestone back to the appropriate date due to set-up
- To make all tasks under construction and delivery sub-items
- highlight all of the tasks or deliveries
- select the green arrow and lines, with the arrow pointing right
- To add a header before printing
- select print set-up and then header, type in desired header
- To turn in to PDF, use print, then chose dates to show and then select the print to PDF feature
- To format the bars so they appear in the appropriate color (dark blue and dark milestones) select all of the text and then choose format and select the desired format color scheme
